At Blue Ginger, groups of 10 or more guests are offered prix fixe menus that are priced per person ~ 5% tax, 18% gratuity and beverages and alcohol additional.

Groups of 10-19 people will be offered either a four course menu that includes choices for your guests to make at the table – OR – a five course menu that offers a “Taste of Blue Ginger” with all courses planned for your guests.

Groups of 20+ guests will be offered a Five Course Tasting Menu, as this allows for appropriate service to larger parties.

We are always able to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. As much advance notice as possible always makes for smoother service and guest comfort!

The orchestration of our Large Parties will be discussed and agreed upon between a manager at Blue Ginger and your event planner – we will send you a contract to outline the details and ask for a credit card to secure the reservation.

We have some flexibility with menus and specific dishes, please speak about specific requests with a manager.
