Ingredients
1/2 ounce Blue Ginger Tea
2 quarts water
Plus
½ bunch of mint
1 quart water plus 2 cups of cold water
3 cups sugar
2 slices of lemon
TY KU Soju
Directions
In a saucepan bring 1 quart of water to a boil and pour on top of tea. Let steep for 10 minutes and strain into 2 cups cold water from tap. Meanwhile, make simple syrup by combining water, sugar, lemon and a 1/2 bunch of crushed mint and bring to a simmer. Reduce by 50% to make syrup. Strain syrup. With fresh ice, add tea and mint simple syrup to make iced tea to your liking. Add soju. and lemon slices and a little more syrup to balance out the soju. Enjoy.
