Ingredients
1/4 cup blueberries
splash of yuzu
2 to 3 shiso leaves or mint leaves
2 to 3 oz. TY KU Sake
Soda water to top off
Ice
Directions
In an old fashion glass, add blueberries, yuzu and shiso, muddle to release juices. Add ice, sake, stir. Top off with soda water. Enjoy!
