Ingredients
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/2 pound pork tenderloin, cut into strips
1 shallot pancake, cut into strips
1 cup bean sprouts, picked
1/2 cup red pepper cut into thin strips
1 scallion, thinly sliced
Kosher salt
White pepper
Canola oil
Directions
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, wine, garlic and ginger and marinate the pork for 30 minutes. Add canola oil to coat the bottom of pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry pork until tender. Add shallot pancake, bean sprouts and red pepper. Cook until rawness is gone, about 2 minutes. Stir and mix well. Garnish with scallions and serve hot.
