Canola (rapeseed) oil
Naturally brewed soy sauce
Kosher or sea salt
1½ pounds/675g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bunch basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Banana leaf or 1 head of cabbage or iceberg lettuce
6- to 8-inch/20cm wooden skewers
