Then, Ming is off to the Windy City to visit Gale Gand, of Chicago’s Tru Restaurant, to see her prepare Caramelized Figs with Shaoxing Almond Brittle and Buttermilk Panna Cotta, a truly delicious dessert! For a delectable dessert, Ming makes Baked Figs with Shaoxing Sabayon flavored with honey and candied ginger.
