Ming says: Today's master recipe is an explosion of flavor and while it calls for an ingredient you usually associate with Thanksgiving, it's something you'll want to have on hand year round. It's my Cranberry-Wasabi Horseradish Relish and it really packs a punch.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups
- 2 cups fresh cranberries, washed and dried
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons wasabi, bloomed
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Mix all in a bowl and let stand for 30 minutes in refrigerator to allow flavors to meld.
