BEVERAGES     
Granita Martini: Shake 3 ounces of vodka over ice and strain into a martini glass half full of granite. Garnish with a tuile and lime wedge

Asian Cannoli

Serves 4 

Make 4 cylinder-shaped cannoli shells using a 4- to 5- inch round template.   

  • 1 cup ricotta, hung

  • ½ cup crème fraiche

  • 2 tablespoons minced candied ginger

  • Zest of one lemon

  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

 In a chilled bowl, mix ricotta, crème fraiche, candied ginger, and lemon zest together and fill the tuiles using a pastry bag.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
