Cranberry-Wasabi Horseradish Relish
Makes about 3 1/2 cups
1 small red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons freshly grated or bottled horseradish
2 cups fresh cranberries, washed and dried
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons wasabi, bloomed
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
In food processor, combine onions, horseradish and cranberries and pulse to break down cranberries. Add sour cream, sugar and wasabi. Process a few times to combine, transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
