Chicken-Cucumber Noodle Salad

Sesame-Orange Pork Rice Noodles

Shabu-Shabu with Sesame Sauce

2 Hour Egg With Spinach, Asparagus And Sesame Paste

WINE NOTES

Sauvignon Blanc: New Zealand. Rich aromas of peach, apple, lime; hints of passion fruit and delicate nuts. Forward flavors of stone fruit, lime & grapefruit with sweet herbs. A long palate with texture from lees aging.

Pinot Blanc: A full aroma of honeysuckle, pear and jasmine. Flavors of white nectarine & melon with a long finish. Rich, indulgent mouthfeel with bright, focused acidity.

Sesame-Orange Pork Rice Noodles
Serves 4

  • 2 pork tenderloins, trimmed, sliced in to 1/4-inch strips
  • 1 cup Sesame Paste
  • 3 cups soaked rice noodles
  • 2 large navel oranges, segmented, with their juice
  • Chopped peanuts, for garnish
  • Cilantro, for garnish
  • Sliced scallion greens, for garnish
  • Grapeseed or canola oil for cooking
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

In a wok or sauté pan coated with oil over medium-high heat, stir-fry the pork, moving quickly until cooked through, about 3 minutes. Add rice noodles and Sesame Paste and toss. Add the oranges and juice, toss to combine and check for flavor. Spoon into a large bowl, garnish with cilantro, scallions and peanuts and serve immediately.
