Sauvignon Blanc: New Zealand.
Rich aromas of peach, apple, lime; hints of passion fruit and
delicate nuts. Forward flavors of stone fruit, lime & grapefruit
with sweet herbs. A long palate with texture from lees aging.
Pinot Blanc: A full aroma of
honeysuckle, pear and jasmine. Flavors of white nectarine & melon
with a long finish. Rich, indulgent mouthfeel with bright, focused
acidity.

Sesame-Orange Pork Rice Noodles
Serves 4
- 2 pork tenderloins, trimmed, sliced in to
1/4-inch strips
- 1 cup Sesame Paste
- 3 cups soaked rice noodles
- 2 large navel oranges, segmented, with
their juice
- Chopped peanuts, for garnish
- Cilantro, for garnish
- Sliced scallion greens, for garnish
- Grapeseed or canola oil for cooking
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black
pepper, to taste
In a wok or sauté pan coated with oil over
medium-high heat, stir-fry the pork, moving quickly until cooked
through, about 3 minutes. Add rice noodles and Sesame Paste and
toss. Add the oranges and juice, toss to combine and check for
flavor. Spoon into a large bowl, garnish with cilantro, scallions
and peanuts and serve immediately.
