Sesame-Orange Pork Rice

Serves 4
In a wok or sauté pan coated with oil over medium-high
heat, stir-fry the pork, moving quickly until cooked through, about 3 minutes.
Add rice noodles and Sesame Paste and toss. Add the oranges and juice, toss to
combine and check for flavor. Spoon into a large bowl, garnish with cilantro,
scallions and peanuts and serve immediately.
