Bud Select:
A premium, American-style lager beer, with an assertive taste and clean finish.
Riesling: Predominant flavor of white peach, with a bit of residual sugar, which makes it a good match for spicy, Asian flavors.
 

 

Best Turkey-Bacon Burger
Serves 4
 

  • 1 pound ground naturally fed turkey meat
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chile Sauce, plus extra for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 8 strips cooked bacon
  • 4 toasted sesame seed buns
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 small iceberg, shredded
  • Favorite potato chips

In a large bowl, mix the turkey with the Sweet Chile Sauce. Working quickly, and with a light hand, make 4 patties and season. In a sauté pan coated lightly with butter and oil on high heat, sear burgers, about 5-6 minutes a side, until completely cooked through. Build the burger: layer tomato slice on bun half, top with burger, lettuce, bacon and extra Sweet Chile Sauce. Top with bun half and serve with your favorite potato chips.
