Ming: On Asian Ingredients
Quite frankly, many people are intimidated by Asian cooking. I, for one, am of course on a mission to let people know otherwise! They should roll up their sleeves, whip up easy dishes and let the mouth-watering Asian aromas waft through their homes. Asian cooking is such fun! Maybe some people are hesitant because they haven't heard of the ingredients or the dishes just "sound" too exotic.
This section is designed to take some of the mystery out of Asian cuisine. Once you know what you're cooking with and you feel comfortable chopping, dicing, or pouring it, you can tackle any recipe!
