1 cup Tropical Fruit Granita, frozen in an ice cube tray
1 ounce Midori melon liqueur
1⁄2 ounce Coco López (cream of coconut)
1 tablespoon Tropical Fruit Salsa, for garnish (optional)
In a blender, blend together the Tropical Fruit, Midori liqueur, ice cubes, and Coco López. Pour into a frozen martini glass and garnish with the Tropical Fruit Salsa on top, if using.
