Stir Fry Green Beans

Serves 4 as sides
3 cups green beans, ends trimmed
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced red jalapeño
2 tablespoons Wan Ja Shan vegetarian shiitake stir-fry sauce
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
1. Blanch the green beans in a large pot of boiling salted water for two minutes. Remove from the heat, drain and shock in an ice bath. Strain and drain the excess moisture.
2. In a large wok over high heat, add the canola oil, the garlic and jalapeño and sauté until the aroma is apparent, about 30 seconds.
3. Add the drained green beans and toss to coat and reheat. Add the stir-fry sauce and heat through, tossing the beans.
4. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with pine nuts and serve.
