Episode 1423 - Robert Sisca

This week on Simply Ming, New York City and Boston restaurant alum, Chef Robert Sisca, joins us from Rhode Island.   He is the Executive Chef at the Providence G – a new and very cool venue in downtown Providence with three restaurants.  Today they both cook with Halibut – Robert is makes a Bread Crusted Halibut with Broccoli Rabe and Chorizo Emulsion, then Ming makes a Halibut Fish Stew with Roasted Garlic Aioli and Grilled Bread.  That’s all coming up this week on Simply Ming!
