Get a taste of the West with this episode of Simply Ming – as Ming travels on the road to Calgary, Alberta. Ming and his team travel to the Canadian Rocky Mountain Ranch where he joins chef Alistair Barnes in cooking elk and bison, grown on the ranch. Since it was a beautiful Fall evening, they both chose to cook outside. Chef Alistair fired up Grilled Elk Flank Tacos with Chanterelle-Corn salsa. Ming created a Spiced Bison Steak with Grilled Sweet Potato Hash and Cranberry Demi.
