Some incredibly delicious Cold Smoked Steelhead on a simple Soba Noodle, Cuke and Tomato Salad, lightly tossed with lemon juice and tamari #youarewhatyoueat #bekind @newyorksteelheadhv
Simple supper. Braised Chicken : sear chicken w spice rub of garlic, ginger, paprika s&p. Add onions, chiles and mushrooms and stir fry. Add chicken stock and bring to simmer, check for seasoning. Then add broccoli on top, cover and simmer 30 min. Serve with rice #bekind #youarewhatyoueat
